As a Field Survey Engineer, you'll be the eyes and ears of our AI platform, collecting the road intelligence that powers infrastructure decisions across multiple countries. This role combines technology, engineering, travel, and problem-solving in one exciting opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Conduct road survey operations across international project locations.
• Capture road imagery, videos, GPS, and infrastructure data using survey equipment.
• Install, operate, and troubleshoot cameras, dashcams, and survey devices.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and project compliance.
• Prepare field reports and survey documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering, GIS, and operations teams.
• Travel extensively for project deployments and client assignments.

Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, GIS, Geography, Transportation Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong willingness to travel internationally and work in field environments.
• Good understanding of roads, highways, transportation, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Good to Have

• Experience in road surveys, GIS mapping, infrastructure inspections, or field data collection.
• Familiarity with GPS devices, cameras, mobile mapping systems, or surveying equipment.
• Knowledge of ArcGIS, QGIS, or geospatial technologies.
• Previous international project exposure.
• Valid passport and international travel readiness.
