As a Government Business Development Manager, you'll work directly with Ministries, Government Departments, Smart Cities, Road Authorities, PSUs, and public sector stakeholders to drive adoption of AI-powered road intelligence solutions.

What You'll Do
- Drive business development and partnerships across government and public sector organizations.
- Build relationships with Ministries, NHAI, State Road Authorities, Smart Cities, Municipal Corporations, PSUs, and other government stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities through tenders, RFPs, pilot projects, and strategic initiatives.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and commercial discussions.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to align solutions with government requirements.
- Represent RoadVision AI at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
- Track opportunities, partnerships, and business development activities through CRM systems.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Public Policy, Infrastructure Management, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of government procurement and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to navigate complex public sector ecosystems and multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong ownership mindset with a focus on execution and results.
Good to Have
- Experience working with Government Ministries, NHAI, MoRTH, Smart Cities, State Governments, PSUs, or Urban Local Bodies.
- Experience in B2G sales, public sector consulting, government affairs, or infrastructure business development.
- Understanding of tenders, RFPs, bids, GeM, and public procurement processes.
- Existing relationships within the transportation, infrastructure, or public sector ecosystem.
- Exposure to AI, GIS, Smart Cities, Mobility, or Infrastructure Technology solutions.
