As an HR Intern, you'll work closely with founders, hiring managers, and business leaders to attract top talent across engineering, infrastructure, operations, business development, and international roles.

This isn't a paperwork-heavy HR role. You'll get hands-on exposure to recruitment, talent acquisition, employer branding, candidate engagement, and startup hiring operations.

What You'll Do

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other hiring channels.
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
  • Manage hiring trackers, recruitment databases, and ATS records.
  • Support employer branding and other initiatives.
  • Assist in internship, campus hiring, and lateral recruitment drives.
  • Manage company’s budget and keep track of spendings.
  • Manage Payroll and other policies.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Management, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Comfortable interacting with candidates and professionals.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.

Good to Have

  • Previous internship experience in HR, recruitment, operations, or coordination roles.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, or other hiring platforms.
  • Interest in startups, talent acquisition, and people operations.
