As an Infrastructure Business Development Manager, you'll help bring AI-powered solutions to government agencies, road authorities, consultants, EPC contractors, concessionaires, and infrastructure operators.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the infrastructure ecosystem, enjoys building relationships, and wants to drive meaningful business growth in a high-impact sector.

What You'll Do

  • Drive business development and revenue growth across the infrastructure sector.
  • Identify and engage potential clients including Government Agencies, Road Authorities, EPC Contractors, Consultants, Concessionaires, and Infrastructure Operators.
  • Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, outreach, industry events, and partnerships.
  • Lead client meetings, product demonstrations, and commercial discussions.
  • Work closely with leadership to develop market entry and growth strategies.
  • Support proposal development, tender opportunities, and partnership initiatives.
  • Track opportunities and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Infrastructure Management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the infrastructure, transportation, construction, or engineering ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and drive business opportunities.
  • Self-driven with a strong ownership mindset.

Good to Have

  • Experience working with Government Ministries, PSUs, NHAI, State Road Authorities, EPC Contractors, or Infrastructure Consultants.
  • Exposure to B2G (Business-to-Government) and Enterprise B2B sales.
  • Experience with tenders, RFPs, bids, and public procurement processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management.
  • Existing network within the infrastructure ecosystem.
