What You'll Do

• Assist in road condition assessment and pavement evaluation projects.
• Support the analysis of road survey data, imagery, and infrastructure assets.
• Help validate AI-generated road condition outputs with engineering observations.
• Work on road inventory and asset mapping activities.
• Assist in preparing technical reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Conduct research on road engineering standards, pavement management systems, and road safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with project teams for data collection and quality assurance activities.
• Participate in field visits and road survey operations when required.
• Support GIS, mapping, and infrastructure data management tasks.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve AI-driven road assessment workflows.

Skills & Qualifications Required

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Strong interest in Transportation Engineering, Highway Engineering, Pavement Engineering, or Infrastructure Management.
• Basic understanding of road construction, pavement types, and highway engineering concepts.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and technical documentation.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Knowledge of IRC standards and road engineering practices.
• Exposure to AutoCAD, Civil 3D, QGIS, ArcGIS, or similar tools.
• Understanding of Pavement Management Systems (PMS).
• Experience with road survey projects, internships, or academic research.
• Interest in AI, Computer Vision, GIS, or infrastructure technology.
