As a Pavement Engineer at RoadVision AI, you'll help bridge the gap between traditional pavement engineering and next-generation AI systems. You'll play a key role in validating pavement conditions, developing assessment methodologies, and ensuring our technology delivers engineering-grade insights.

What You'll Do
- Analyze pavement condition data, imagery, and road survey outputs.
- Assess pavement distresses such as cracking, rutting, potholes, roughness, and surface deterioration.
- Validate AI-generated pavement assessments and recommend improvements.
- Support pavement management and maintenance planning projects.
- Prepare technical reports, recommendations, and engineering documentation.
- Collaborate with AI, GIS, and product teams to improve pavement analytics.
- Conduct field visits and audits when required.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or Pavement Engineering.
- Strong understanding of pavement design, maintenance, and rehabilitation practices.
- Knowledge of IRC standards, pavement condition assessment methods, and road asset management.
- Strong analytical and technical report-writing skills.
- Ability to interpret pavement survey data and engineering observations.
Good to Have
- Experience with pavement management systems (PMS).
- Exposure to NHAI, PWD, EPC, consultancy, or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of HDM-4, GIS tools, or road asset management platforms.
- Interest in AI, Computer Vision, and infrastructure technology.
