As a Pavement Engineer, you'll work at the intersection of traditional pavement engineering and next-generation AI systems. You'll help validate pavement conditions, improve assessment methodologies, and ensure our technology delivers engineering-grade insights for road agencies globally.

What You'll Do
- Analyze pavement condition data, road imagery, and survey outputs.
- Assess pavement distresses including cracking, rutting, potholes, roughness, and surface deterioration.
- Validate AI-generated pavement assessments and recommend improvements.
- Support pavement management, maintenance planning, and rehabilitation projects.
- Prepare technical reports, recommendations, and engineering documentation.
- Collaborate with AI, GIS, product, and engineering teams.
- Support client projects and technical discussions across global markets.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or Pavement Engineering.
- Strong understanding of pavement design, maintenance, rehabilitation, and asset management principles.
- Knowledge of pavement condition assessment methodologies and international engineering standards.
- Strong analytical, technical writing, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret pavement survey data and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
Good to Have
- Experience with Pavement Management Systems (PMS).
- Exposure to road authorities, consultants, transportation agencies, or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of HDM-4, GIS platforms, or asset management systems.
- Interest in AI, Computer Vision, Digital Twins, or infrastructure technology.
