As a Road Asset Manager, you'll help build and manage the digital inventory of road assets that powers smarter decision-making for road agencies and infrastructure operators.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage road asset inventories and databases.
• Review and validate AI-generated asset identification and classification outputs.
• Conduct asset condition assessments and quality checks.
• Support road authorities and infrastructure clients with asset management projects.
• Prepare technical reports, dashboards, and asset management recommendations.
• Collaborate with GIS, AI, engineering, and product teams.
• Conduct field visits and asset verification exercises when required.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Infrastructure Management, or related disciplines.
• Understanding of road infrastructure assets, asset lifecycle management, and maintenance practices.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and infrastructure records.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Good to Have

• Experience with road asset inventories, highway projects, or infrastructure management systems.
• Knowledge of GIS platforms such as QGIS or ArcGIS.
• Experience working with NHAI, PWDs, EPC contractors, consultants, or infrastructure operators.
• Familiarity with digital twins, asset management software, or geospatial technologies.
