What You'll Do

• Develop and manage road asset inventories and databases.
• Review and validate AI-generated asset identification and classification outputs.
• Conduct asset condition assessments and quality reviews.
• Support road authorities and infrastructure clients with asset management initiatives.
• Prepare technical reports, dashboards, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with AI, GIS, engineering, and product teams.
• Support global projects involving road asset digitization and lifecycle management.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Infrastructure Management, GIS, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure asset management principles.
• Experience working with road assets, transportation infrastructure, or asset inventory systems.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and infrastructure records.

Good to Have

• Experience with GIS platforms such as ArcGIS or QGIS.
• Knowledge of ISO 55000 Asset Management principles.
• Exposure to Digital Twins, asset management platforms, or geospatial technologies.
• Experience working with road authorities, transportation agencies, consultants, or infrastructure operators.
• Interest in AI, Computer Vision, and infrastructure technology.
